Bring our proven leadership formation system directly to your youth group. This is the same intensive, character-building program as our open-enrollment trips, but reserved exclusively for your team. For 14 days, your students will be pushed out of their comfort zones and placed in positions of real responsibility. We handle the logistics and the framework; you get to watch your young men and women become leaders. This is a leadership intensive, not a mission trip.

How It Works:

• It's a Proven System: This is not a customizable trip. Your group will go through our established, tested program of rotating leadership, real-world challenges, and guided reflection. The core structure that creates transformation is non-negotiable.

• Your Youth Are the Focus: The primary purpose is to serve and build your students. While we may engage in light service activities with local partners, these are not guaranteed and are not the focus of the trip. The focus is on internal growth.

• Your Pastor's Role: Your youth pastor is an essential part of the team. They will be present to shepherd their students, while we handle the immense logistical and cultural pressure of navigating Japan. You provide the spiritual oversight; we provide the leadership crucible.

• Ideal Age Range: 15-19 years old

• Duration: 14 days

• Chaperone Requirement: The youth pastor must attend. One additional adult chaperone is preferred.
