Open Enrollment Program
For individual young men, aged 18–22, who want to grow as leaders alongside other young men they don’t know.
You will be assigned a day of leadership in Japan.
You will be held accountable for your decisions — no safety net.
You will follow, learn, and grow under real-world pressure.
You will complete mandatory pre-trip readings to build a biblical framework for leadership.
Private Youth Trip
For youth pastors, church leaders, or group organizers with a team of 6–15 young men (ages 15–19) who already know each other.
You will lead your group in Japan, with our structure and support.
Your students will take turns leading, following, and learning — under your guidance.
We handle the logistics. You handle the discipleship.
You will partner with local Japanese churches and ministries for service and connection.
