SERVICES

Japan Ministry Partnership

Japan Ministry Partnership

Connect your church directly with Christian ministries in Japan.

We coordinate and lead trips that prioritize relationship in addition to activity, giving your team direct access to pastors, missionaries, and local churches already doing the work.

Your role is not to create impact in a short window.
Your role is to understand the work, support it, and carry it forward after you return home.

What’s Included:

  • Full on-ground facilitation

  • Ministry partnership coordination

  • Structured itinerary centered on relational engagement

  • Pre-trip cultural and ministry briefing

  • Lodging, transportation, and core program costs

Far east project - private youth trip

Private Youth Trip (Church Group)

Bring your youth group to Japan to engage directly with Christian ministries and build a lasting connection with the church there.

Your students will spend time with pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders—learning what it means to follow Christ in a context where the church is small, costly, and often unseen.

We handle all logistics, structure, and coordination.
You provide spiritual leadership and discipleship for your students.

What’s Included:

  • Full on-ground facilitation

  • Ministry partnership coordination

  • Structured itinerary with direct ministry engagement

  • Pre-trip preparation and guidance

  • Lodging, transportation, and core program costs

Leadership and personal growth occur through responsibility during the trip—but they are not the primary objective.

Remote Preparation & Advisory

For churches planning their own trip to Japan who want to do it right.

We provide guidance, structure, and cultural context to help your team engage Japan—and its church—without creating unnecessary friction or misunderstanding.

This is not full program facilitation.
We are not on the ground with you.

But we help you prepare for:

  • Cultural expectations and norms

  • How to approach and interact with local ministries

  • What to avoid in a Japanese ministry context

  • Trip structure and logistical planning

This service exists for teams that cannot participate in the full program, but still want to approach Japan with clarity and respect.

For full coordination, ministry partnership, and on-ground facilitation, see our Ministry Partnership Program.
